What is considered a page?
You are only billed for the number of pages in your merged docPack document. This is the document that is created after clicking the 'Generate PDF' button. This is the document that will be sent to customers.
What is OCR?
OCR stands for Optical Character Recognition. This technology allows the documents you or your vendor upload to become searchable and not just image scans.
How am I billed if I need to modify a DocPack?
You are billed for the maximum number of pages merged together in a DocPack project. For example, if you create a DocPack that has 20 pages and then you add a document and re-merge to create a new DocPack with 22 pages, you will only be billed for 22 pages.
What are PDF Templates?
PDF Templates allow you to edit PDF's and create forms that can be auto populated with PO or customer information. You can also create empty form fields that users can fillout when adding the template to the DocPack project.
